In the name of God Amen. I Thomas FORIAN of Coton in the parish of Bosworth & in the county of Leicester, husbandman being sicke in bodye but of good and perfect rememberance thankes be to god doe ordaine this my last will and testament the 19 day of April Anno 1599 in manner and forme following. First I give and bequeath my soule into the handes of god the father my maker and Jesus Christ my redeemer, and to the holy ghost my comforter and my bodie to be buried in the churchyard of Market Bosworth aforesaid.
